Vibrating Alarm Ring

July 15th 2007 19:23
Ring Alarm

This is actually quite smart. It's an alarm that doesn't wake you up through annoying sounds, but rather with a vibration on your finger.

You put on its station, like on the picture, and state the time you want to wake up. Then you just put that ring on your finger and it automatically starts vibrating when you ought to get up. The only way to shut it up is by putting it back on its station.

Some people would love this, however I'm not sure if it can wake me up. I need much more than a finger-vibration. Why not something that stimulates earthquakes? Now that would ensure I'm never late for work.

Ring comes in two, one for you and one for your dog. Or bed-mate.

Source.

Indeed, 336 is more than a simple mirror, it's a mirror where you can read your SMS. Now you'll be able to a) look at yourself all day and b) receive SMS without replying. How cool is that?

Robopandas attack?

June 13th 2007 21:31
Vicious Panda!

You remember Chucky from the Child's Play movies? Remember how scary he was? Well, Robopanda's not scary. It's kind of cute. But I am sure that if it got possessed by the spirit of a dead, maniacal serial killer that it would be just as creepy as Chucky was. Well, it would be creepy if it could grab knives and stuff. Which would make it pretty cool. Imagine, a whole little army of knive wielding Robopandas! You'd be able to take over the world! Or at least keep yourself safe from other demonic dolls.

ROGUN the Robot Babysitter

Rogun Robot
Robots here and robots everywhere. Soon it'll be like Planet of the Apes, but instead of apes there will be robots.

This new one is called Rogun, and is supposed to guard kids. How you guard kids? By giving them endless hours of video to watch of course! But that's not all, the parents can connect to the internet and look at the kids through the robot's camera eyes at any time. Unless the robot is confused and keep thinking the cat is the young one (now that I think of it, maybe it can guard pets as well
